Budget Preparation, Execution and Review
The Provincial Budget Office consolidated one (1) Annual Budget for CY 2021 of the province
approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and reviewed by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM),
and prepared four (4) Supplemental Budgets.
Preparation and Submission of Reports
- Prepared monitoring reports for Bayanihan and CMGP Projects for submission to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM)
- Prepared Public Financial Management Report for submission to DBM
- Prepared e-SRE for submission to the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) and DBM
Other Accomplishments
Recording, encoding, and approval of 14,378 Certifications on Appropriations, Funds and Obligation of Allotment (CAFOA)
were also accomplished.
As a member of the Local Finance Committee and other special bodies such as the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC),
Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), Personnel Selection Board (PHRM-PSB),
and the Inspection and Monitoring Team, the Provincial Budget Office has performed its duties and responsibilities accordingly.
